Returns
At Palm Beach Patio Furniture, we understand that the purchase of furniture and home decor represents a significant investment, and we strive to ensure the complete satisfaction of all customers. Items are not eligible for returns unless damaged on delivery.
You have one (1) day to report any damages or defects to Palm Beach Patio Furniture. We are not responsible for damages that occur as a result of customers moving or assembling products. We will require clear photographs to arrange appropriate services. For minor damages, Palm Beach Patio Furniture will provide in-home repair service.
